Our special cocktail for this pride. NIJI in Japanese means rainbow and as in this drink you can find a whole range of colors and flavors. A very refreshing medium drink that combines the sweetness of the fruit with a touch of bitterness.


Green apple and Tennessee whiskey liqueur, coconut water, ginger, lime, lemongrass, sake, egg white.

Tequila with kaffir and dill, Mexican cane liquor, lime, agave, soda.
8 is a magic number, well know those who chose sample No. 8 as their best tequila. In this drink they can count 7 ingredients, and if they hurry they will discover the eighth. Medium-long drink, very aromatic, citric, herbal and refreshing. Perfect for before, during, and after your meal.


Spiced rum, Mexican cane liquor, almond, yuzu, floral orange liqueur, roasted pineapple.

Mezcal, ancho chile liqueur, cardamom, lime, ginger beer
The Mexican revolution was told by Pancho Villa in Guadalajara, passing through a clock with nothing less than a bullet, so that the people of Guadalajara would remember the time when he released them. Mezcal, mix of chili peppers, tomato, ponzu, Mexican beer
The michelada who wanted to be Bloody Mary. In Japanese “aka” means red, but this is not an alert with which we want to piss you off, choose your spiciness from 1 to 10, and your Mexican beer. Mezcal, house vermouth with aromatic herbs, mixed bitters, cardamom
