ADELITA / 12€

Japanese whiskey, raicilla, coffee liqueur, pot coffee.
Las Adelitas, or “Soldaderas” played an important role during the Revolution in Mexico. Apart from carrying weapons, they also acted as nurses and cooks for the rest of the soldiers. The pot coffee was a recipe that the Adelitas created then by adding spices such as cinnamon, cloves, or piloncillo (panela) to the coffee
